It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with a nice view and a handicap bathroom, as for instance and that went well. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, near to Springfield, shopping/restaurants, and the center, in a good area.

Breakfast was convenient and varied menu. Good quality from the kitchen!

The king room with sofa bed was excellent and super comfy. I especially loved the friendly staff who were eager to help. The nearby 24/7 fitness center was great, too.

The location is great because it is close to our corporate offices. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was awesome.

Not having a refrigerator in my room. Every room should have one. TV channel selection was poor. Guide in room indicates there are a lot more channels available than are.

The pool was refreshing, and I loved that the bistro downstairs offered great dinner options. My upper-level room was quiet and very clean. The nearby mall was an easy walk. Had a good time hanging out with my family here!

Great staff, awesome room atmosphere.

It was just a prime choice for a short interlude in Springfield with extraordinarily good value for money. The pool area was nice, especially the fire pit for relaxation in the evenings. Keep in mind that breakfast isn't included, so plan accordingly.

The staff treated me like family. They were super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The room felt fresh, modern, and super clean. The bed was comfy, the tv was a nice size, and the room had plenty of space to relax. Even better, I could grab snacks at the bistro without having to leave the hotel. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants nearby. On the downside, parking comes with a $15 daily fee, which I found a bit excessive. Plus, the heating system acted up. It was either too hot or too cold. I did have some noise from the hallway, made it a bit hard to sleep at times. Still, I would stay here again for the service and cleanliness.
